He completed his early education in Skardu and earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Karachi. He later completed a Master's in Organic Chemistry at the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, specializing in biocompatible nanomaterials and hydrogels. His Ph.D. research focuses on the synthesis of amides from readily available organic feedstocks and photocatalytically assisted organic transformations.
